How I can remove the ban on self-service in my state?

I was a resident of New Jersey all my life. Like most cultures of New Jersey. However, I really hate to be, like, the only place where it is allowed to pump your own gas (Oregon can meet their bikes). This stupid excuse of a law and comments on this anger ban on all Internet was really embarrassed. And I'm stuck in New Jersey to the school graduate, to my parents. I understand that one reason for this prohibition is to preserve jobs. However, in this day and age, it would be like not allowing people from cutting the lawn mowers can make your own professional for residents. In addition, gas-pump can only be within the records. This would create jobs. I also understand that the people of New Jersey without experience you will never have pumped their own gas. Now, all gas stations must be self-service but just give me a choice. I'm not just a New Jersey, I'm an American. What I can do?
