How can physically lift and turn a motorcycle?

I saw a video where this woman was standing by his motorcycle, has raised a bit and did a 180 to move in the direction I had to go. Could someone tell me how or if a video / link on how to do this? Thanks in advance.

Yes, just to the left, take the left bar, and enter into the body near the seat and pull the bike, bent, and balanced on the stand, then just piviot to 180 degrees. It's pretty easy to do …..
