I am a girl and let me know how I can take my arm?
I have really wanted to put my arm around my shoulders in better quality. I am thin, but I have some loose flesh in me. I just want to pitch. My mother bought me two dumbbells in your hands and I want to know how to raise them. He said there is a way for women do and tone rather than just bulking up the biceps (which is for men). Any help? Perhaps a look at a YouTube video?
My weight is only 3 pounds heavier than I think. If you are looking E at the end is a three. Haha I think they are just for me, because even slight noise, I feel the tension after a few lifts. I'm only 95 pounds, 5 'tall, so I hope they're good weight
Sorry, I have no videos: .. (But I have a couple of tips for the dumbbell, men in general do bicep curls, which are based on a more "manly" muscle for the girls, especially for create all the muscles in the arm and shoulder, not just the biceps. You can hold a dumbbell in each hand, arms, palms down, lift the weights slowly until your arms form a straight line – each arm forms a right angle with the body. Slowly lift and lower weights, starting with say .. 10 repetitions. After going increasing each week. Also, by arm exercises, it is best to do every day. When muscles are no time to relax, not built. Abuse can actually break the muscle. Another exercise: Stand with feet shoulder width apart, back straight, leaning forward from the hips. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, arms hanging. Pull your hands, then comes close to the armpits, elbows behind you. Extend your arms behind your elbow so your arm is pointing straight back. Bend the elbow to second place, before going down. Even with the first year – 10 repetitions, then build from there. There's more but it's so late and I'm too tired to think of them, sorry: (One more thing – do not know if you are interested in purchasing. another thing, but I use Leslie Sansone Walk Away from the Book videos – not to lose weight, but the tone. He now focuses largely on the legs, as video up, but if you're interested, take the video that involves The "band stretch." The group is a rubber band a few meters long, and it's amazing what you can do with it to tone the arms. In the video, Leslie Sansone really shows you some exercises to do with him, and I think the band comes with the videos. The exercises become more difficult as the videos progress. There is a mile, miles 2 and 3 miles. If you are interested in toning addition, these videos are a life saver. They are so easy, but again the tone of your legs, abs, chest, .. everywhere. And that made my arms look amazing! Hope this helps a bit – and I hope you can understand the exercises that I have tried to explain. It's late and I should be sleeping if my mind is tired, but I did my best!
Good luck! – Beth
