Garage Motorcycle Lift

What happened to my back?

I was at the gym doing a leg press. On my last rep as my knees came towards my chest I felt something in my lower back. At the gym I couldnt even tie my shoe, but I was still able to walk around fine, I even rode my motorcycle home. When I lifted the small garage a little bit to put the bike away something strained it even more, and pain shot up and down my right leg and up my back. Now I can barely walk and it spasms like crazy. It seems to be affecting my right leg more then my left. My whole lower back feels like it got hit with a baseball bat, aside from the initial strain which feels like nerves pinching. I googled ruptured discs and it sounds like that could be possible, but I’m only 22 and in good shape, I use the gym regularly and usually lift more weight then I was on the leg press at the time of the injury. What’s going on with my back?

You got a strain, see a doctor.
