Car electrical problem?

I have a Mustang GT 93, 50.000 miles, I put the car in stock at the beginning of this year due to my own query and unable to operate this year (before the snow) I went to start as I always do once a month, battery (it was replaced again in January 2006) took the battery has a new, two weeks later, satrt was in the car, dead battery (put the charger in time regained full overnight) after start the car, striking the ceiling, do not turn off, took off the light (also removed the elevator when the door is also on) but what is the problem? any help before taking the garage, and save me money? thanks
