I was in an accident on June 1st the other driver was at fault. his ins. co has offered to pay my medical bills but I have tendonitis in my wrist. i have it in a brace now but it hurts all day every day. simple daily activities have been affected. i cannot work out in my yard this summer, grocery shopping is (or any errands) is tedious as i cannot lift anything with this hand. i am not out to get the other guy or the ins co its just that why should suffer when it wasnt even my fault.
also this ins co has been hard to deal with. i had to fight with them for a rental car and then they didnt give me enough i had to pay some for it etc
