Car painting question. What should I do to crack?

Hi all, need some advice. My husband was an idiot the next day and put everything its weight in the plastic bumper of my car. Now you have pressure cracks that are spreading nasty and starts to flake. I had my car professionally painted 3 months ago and am very p! ssed. There are some large chips of paint involved and want to prevent that fall. I have no money to send the car down to get painted bumper NEW! My husband suggested putting some clear nail polish on this, but the paint is already curling. Its an unusual color, not like you can run Auto Zone and pick up some paint touch-ups. Has anyone had this before and know what to do to prevent it from getting worse?

I had my own body shop 35 years now.I do not understand how someone can do something to make the paint crack and peel plastic bumper.It not she have any fault.There something wrong with the paint job, take again and ask what is the operation here.That occur even when the car is wrecked.Geez .. give the poor man some slack.
